Job: Sr. Database Administrator/Analyst
Job Location: MORRIS, IL, USA
Design, model, and implement corporate data warehousing activities in ERP system;
Develop ETL solutions to migrate data, test data transformations and validate data
for target and source systems, build packages in SSIS;
Administer, test, and implement updated databases to ensure operation, sales
efficiency and security;
Collaborate with logistic analyst and sales manager to present reports by querying
data repositories and generate periodic reports using Business Intelligence and Data
Analysis software;
Configure computer system to ensure smooth operation of the database and ERP
systems;
Perform data scrubbing, identify missing or erroneous values and outliers by using
batch processing, statistical techniques, and data manipulation packages;
Monitor and review data processing regarding supply chain and logistics procedures,
identify problems and propose improvement plans;
Develop and apply statistical models to monitor reusable market development and
product/service diversification:
o Implement data mining and data engineering on domestic and export markets
analysis reports and business plans;
o Optimize prediction models using internal and external data to depict trends at
the company level and industrial level;
o Create pricing models targeting customers, manufacturers and end users of
electronics and related products;
Perform data mining and machine learning techniques on customer and product
classification, IT asset management, reverse logistics, data erasure, risk
management, etc.;
Hold training sessions with employees and management team about data security,
statistics model use and ETL system design, and edit internal training materials;
Develop standards and guidelines for data input and output of the report system;
Work with departmental directors to perform specific data analysis as requested;

Required Education: Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or closely related field
Required Employment Experience:
Proficiency in ETL process, developing ETL solutions, building ETL packages,
troubleshooting ETL workflows, tuning performance.
Proficiency in relational and dimensional data modeling / ER diagrams.
Proficiency in database management techniques, including designing and tuning
complex queries using SQL and T-SQL.
Demonstrated strong data analysis skills using business intelligence and data analysis
software including Tableau, Power BI, Python libraries (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn) and
SSRS.
Demonstrated ability developing machine learning models to work on regression and
classification predictions using Python;
Demonstrated data mining ability, including detecting outliers, applying unsupervised
machine learning techniques using Python;
Proficiency in system data backup, recovery and security.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of enterprise-wide computing architectures and
infrastructure practices spanning multiple operations systems and hardware platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in English in a team
environment as well as interface with all levels of staff/management within the
organization
